Kelly Kwong, Senior Manager of Internal Audit

East Side Union High School District hired Kelly Kwong as Senior Manager of Internal Audit. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, Mrs. Kwong works with the Superintendent, Associate Superintendent of Business Services, and staff toward the effective management of the district and its resources. She assesses the effectiveness of operational and financial controls, the accuracy of recorded data and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Mrs. Kwong is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University. Mrs. Kwong is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. She was previously employed by KPMG Peat Marwick and the local firm Shilling & Kenyon, Inc. Most recently, she was the Internal Audit Senior Manager for National Semiconductor.
