The Facilities, Maintenance & Operations (FM&O) Team is committed to maintaining our district's 16 sites. Our responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, including general maintenance and repairs, regulatory inspections, school custodial and groudns guidance guidance, and facility rental management. We also support our charter partners with maintenance and administrative services, and manage the collection of developer fees from property development—along with many other duties that help keep our schools running smoothly.
