Intra-District Transfer Application: This form is to be used when requesting a transfer from one East Side school to another East Side school. For more information on regarding intra-district transfers please see our Transfers Page. Inter-District Transfer Application: This form is to be used for transfers between the East Side Union High School District and another district (i.e. San Jose Unified, Milpitas Unified, Morgan Hill Unified School District, etc).
